Free PS Plus Games for July 2017

Kick off the summer with this great lineup of free games.

PlayStation Plus subscribers are getting an awesome lineup of free PS Plus games to kick off the summer right. The free PS Plus games lineup for July 2017 has been revealed on the PlayStation Blog, and will become available next week.

Headlining the list of free PS Plus games this month is Until Dawn, the horror adventure title from Supermassive Games. Until Dawn features eight friends who venture to a snowy cabin in the mountains for a brief vacation. Things go awry of course, as strange events lead the teens down a path of destruction and terror.

Ultimately, your decisions as a player are what determine the fate of each character, so choose wisely. This is definitely a must-play game for anyone who enjoys spooky horror adventures, so we recommend you download Until Dawn first if you haven't played this riveting title yet.

Winter is coming early this summer with the second game featured in July’s lineup of free PS Plus games. The episodic Game of Thrones series from Telltale Games is up for grabs, and PS Plus subscribers can own all six episodes for free. In the Game of Thrones game, you follow the family of House Forrester as they go through the drama and mayhem expected of any Game of Thrones title.

Along with Until Dawn and Game of Thrones, several other games are being offered for free in July. Here’s the complete list of free PS Plus games for July 2017:

  • Until Dawn (PS4)
  • Game of Thrones (PS4)
  • Tokyo Jungle (PS3)
  • Darkstalkers Resurrection (PS3)
  • Element4l (PS Vita)
  • Don’t Die, Mr. Robot (PS Vita, and PS4 via Crossbuy)

To commemorate the launch of PlayLink, PlayStation Plus members can also pick up That’s You from July 4th until October 24th. Additionally, Orcs Must Die Unchained will launch in closed beta on July 18th. All PS Plus members will receive access to the closed beta as well as an exclusive Orcs Must Die Unchained Plus Pack that comes with $20 worth of in-game goodies to help you fight the hordes.

If you haven’t done so already, you can still pick up June’s free PS Plus titles Life is Strange and Killing Floor 2 for a few more days. Make sure to snag these awesome games before they’re back to full price.
