Star Wars: Battlefront 2 Multiplayer Reveal Showcases Rey, Kylo Ren and a Badass Darth Maul

Get ready to kick ass as Darth Maul and Boba Fett in Star Wars Battlefront 2.

A decent portion of Star Wars Battlefront 2 multiplayer gameplay was showcased during the EA Play E3 press conference earlier today. The gameplay focused on the assault on Theed, one of the new multiplayer maps coming to Star Wars Battlefront 2.

Several iconic Star Wars characters will be available as playable Heroes in Star Wars Battlefront 2, including Boba Fett, Darth Maul, Yoda, Han Solo, and Luke Skywalker. Rey and Kylo Ren will make their debut in Battlefront 2 as well, each having their own special ability modifiers and themed appearances inspired by Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Check out these characters in action in the video from BattlefrontUpdates below.

The multiplayer gameplay took place on Theed, the capital of Naboo. Theed is among several known multiplayer maps coming to Battlefront 2, along with Mos Eisley Spaceport, Yavin IV, the Starkiller Base, and Kamino Cloning Facility.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 will be released on November 17th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Origin Access and EA Access members get to play a week early, starting on November 9th. Non-EA/Origin Access members who pre-order Star Wars Battlefront 2 can start playing three days early on November 14th.
